EMLE – One Programme – Three Tracks
EMLE offers a track system which allows you to specialise on a topic. The programme duration is one academic year, consisting of three terms. In the first term all universities teach the same courses. In the second term you start to take specialised courses, within the specialisation of your chosen track. In the third term further specialised courses are offered, and you will also write your thesis on a topic that fits within the track.
You can either choose to follow one of three different specialisation tracks in the EMLE programme:
- Public and International (PIL) Track,
- Innovation and Intellectual Property (IP) Track, and
- Markets, Corporations & Regulators (MCR) Track
Or you can choose to study a
- Non-specialised, generalised EMLE (No track)
Note: You are not obliged to follow one of the three specialisation tracks mentioned above but you will earn a recognizing certificate if you do so.
- Please only apply for your most preferred track!
Since it may not be possible to allocate you to your most preferred track you will also be asked for your second, third, etc. preference. Nevertheless, we will try to fulfill your preferences as far as possible.
