| Entry qualification | Undergraduate / Bachelor diploma (or higher) We select for students with at least 240 ECTS (four-years) of prior higher education. This could have been obtained by a three-year bachelor programme and a first master’s degree, or by a four-year bachelor programme. Rotterdam Once admitted, prospective EMLE students with a degree from a Chinese university who want to spend one or more terms in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) need to obtain a certificate that validates their degree. Having such a certificate does not guarantee allocation to Rotterdam, but students without such a certificate cannot be allocated there. The NUFFIC degree certification takes two months. An allocation to Rotterdam is conditional upon obtaining the certificate. Details can be found on the NUFFIC website for applications to the Netherlands. Chinese/Indian/Vietnamese students only! Ghent, Hamburg Once admitted, prospective EMLE students with a degree from a Chinese, Indian or Vietnamese university who want to spend one or more terms in Germany (Hamburg) or Belgium (Ghent) need to obtain a certificate that validates their degree.
